1. Local In Person AI Classes for Boomers

This one’s an original. Local AI classes in your town.

And I’m soooo sure that this would work.

The older generation loves in-person, hands-on classes, and they’re starting to understand the importance of AI.

Any time I show an older person a cool demo of what AI can do, they’re in disbelief.

So here’s how i’d do this:

• Find a classroom you can use. A local library, community college, or community center would be great.

• Create a super simple landing page that covers what you’ll teach, and a checkout button for $200.

• Run local targeted Facebook ads to the landing page, until you get 50 customers.

• Run a 4-week cohort based class about using ChatGPT, Claude, Replit, etc.

At 50 students per month, you’ve got a $10K/m revenue businesses (minus the FB ads expense.)

Please do this and let me know when you start crushing.

2. AI Social Listening tool

Social listening tools are extremely important for marketing teams.

They track when a brand, company, or product is mentioned on social media.

For example, if you tweet something about Pepsi, the marketing team at Pepsi wants to know that, so they can track it and interact with it.

But most of the tools right now just track with keywords. As in, they just have scrapers watching for someone to type the word ‘Pepsi’ on social.

The problem is that it’s much harder to do this with video. Because you can’t track text when it’s in audio/video form.

Until now.

AI makes this possible, and it’s a pretty clear, multiple 7-figure opportunity.
